DAY of Fun and Happy Laughter and a Calm Mind!

I am officially Emerald in my beachbody biz!

Yesterday i truly realized the POWER of my WORD!
After naming my day AMAZING SURPRISES , i really got them;
some good, some bad ,some exhausting!
I was so much in my thoughts that i almost run a red light!Absolutely NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!

So, now i am very specific of what i want and i got taught yesterday to also be just as exact in the matter of LOVE!
I never used to ask or told bluntly what i want from my Lovers because i felt i ask for too much!
But now i realize that being specific and get my needs met first and do it definitely through the phone or in person and not e-mail or text!
It leaves to much room for different interpretations otherwise!
Lessons learned! For sure!
Now, i am in my new foot steps and creating my earth, spiritual, balanced love path to walk in!
I am celebrating this with a 10 min daily meditation!
