Day of no more drama

I finally figured it out!
I love drama and it drives me and also drives me crazy!!!
Drama = accomplishing tasks
=conquer tasks
it all feeds into confirming not being good enough and therefore acting like a hamster in its wheel,on and on and on he paddles!
That rush from succeeding is so great that it took me almost 40 years to get it!
In my love life it is the same!
Striving for being fitter, sexier, worthier and wanting to achieve them all ,all the time .ITS EXHAUSTING!!!
What would happen if i take out the tasks and put all the should have, could have ,must do's in the garbage?
I believe unconditional love has arrived !
Now i understand it and i am so happy that i recognize it:)
