Good morning my People!
Day 13
Ahhhhhh,uhhhhhh that one hour with the east coast Italian really got me back in shape!(no,its not a love affair ,its P90X)
I realize that we women have to workout constantly just to fight gravity! Not just those many creams and lotions we have to rub over any skin showing.Now to keep our Organs where they suppose to be ,we have to exercises daily so that our bladder and stomach don't hit bottom!
And to keep our Hormones in check ,we need to workout hard enough so we can utilize those endorphins to make us smiling through out our day(walking by those reflecting windows and realize that jiggle is not a shadow echo:(
And since i realized i am Lactose intolerant it definitely helps to stay in shape! Bottom line is any way,that we do not need nor our body does like Dairy after we grow out of that Baby ages!
Are we so attached to the tits that we are willingly changing our bodies make up?
